Baked yogurt with caramelized litchi

“Baked yogurt is popular and famous dessert across the globe... but infused seasonal fruit flavour will give sky-high dimension to your dessert palette.”
  • Litchi - 8 - 10 pcs
  • Hung curd - 100 gm
  • Condensed milk - 100 gm
  • Fresh cream - 100 gm
  • Fine sugar - 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1: -  De-seed peeled litchi. Finely chop the cleaned litchi nicely. Boil 2 cup of water. Add sugar – 2 tbsp, add chopped litchi in boiling sugar syrup. Cook for 10-15 mins. Strain and cool the boiled litchi.


Step 2: - Hung curd – 100 gm, condensed milk – 100 gm, fresh cream – 100 gm, add stewed litchi and mix to smooth. 
Place the mixture in a bowl.


Step 3: - Place the bowl in a double boiler and steam for 30 - 35 mins. Check the doneness with clean stick. If the stick comes out clean, cool it.


Step 4: -  Spread the sugar dust on top. Caramelized with blow torch flame (optional).
