Method
Step 1: - Boil the beetroot with salt, peel then cut into slices. Peel the orange and cut into slices.
Step 2: - Take 2 tbsp hung card in a bowl. Add pinch of orange zest, salt and chopped coriander. Mix well and put inside a cone.
Step 3: - Place the orange peel at the bottom of the serving glass. Then nicely arrange beetroot and orange slices. Add conned mixture on top. Garnish with sliced almond on top.
