  • Roasted raw mango - 1 medium
  • Lemon - 1 number
  • Coriander leaves
  • Roasted cumin - 2 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1tsp

Method

Step 1: - Roast one medium raw mango properly.

Step 2 : - Peel the roasted mango and add lemon juice ( 2 wedges), fresh coriander leaves – 5 gm , roasted cumin seed – 2 tsp, sugar – 1tsp, chat masala – 1 tsp , black salt – 1tsp. Blend it properly.

Step 3 : - Strain the blended mix.

Ready to serve.
