Process: -
Step1: - Fish marination
Add the mentioned items in a bowl, ginger & garlic paste – 1tsp, lemon juice – 5ml, fresh coriander – 5gm, salt- to taste, turmeric powder – ½ tsp, red chilli powder – ½ tsp, cumin powder – 1tsp, besan – 2tsp, beaten egg – 2tsp, mix well. Add fishes and marinate for 30 mins.
Step2: - Dusting of Fish
Nicely coat the marinated fish with suji (semolina).
Step3: - Frying of Fish
Fry the quoted fish in moderate heated oil till it gets cooked and golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with mint chutney / tomato ketchup.
