Marination of Fish
Marinate fish with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, cumin Powder, turmeric Powder, chilli powder, salt, chop fresh coriander & mix it nicely. Then add cleaned fish in the marination, mix well. Rest for 45 min.
Preparation of Batter
In a round bowl take besan, corn flour, rice flour, cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, whole cumin, chop fresh coriander & mix with chilled water. Maintain thick coating consistency. Finish with little oil. Now dip the marinated fish in batter & it’s ready for fry.
Frying
In a moderately heated deep fat frier, fry batter coated fish. Gently stir & fry till it get cooked, crisp, golden brown in color.
Serve it hot with green chutney.
