Pickle Pineapple

Dipayan Ghosh
  • Salt – 1tsp
  • Sugar – 4tsp
  • Whole pepper corn – 2gm
  • Green chilli – 2 pcs
  • Fresh coriander – 2gm
  • Ripped pineapple – 1 medium piece
  • Water – 300ml

Method: -
Take slitted green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, whole pepper corn, sugar, vinegar and water, all mix together. 
Clean and cut the pineapple in medium slices. Immerse the pineapple in the spiced solution. Keep in refrigerator for 7 to 8 hours to infuse the flavour and taste. 
Serve cold as refreshment after main meal.
