Prawn Sizzler

  • Jumbo prawn – 4pcs
  • Broccoli – 4 florets
  • Haricot Beans – 4 pcs
  • Mushroom – 4 pcs
  • Yellow peppers – 1 small
  • Red peppers – 1small
  • Shallot – 6 pcs
  • Garlic cloves – 6 pcs
  • Potato – 1 big
  • Lemon – 2pcs
  • Flat parsley / fresh coriander – 5gm
  • Cream – 100ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – 5gm
  • Butter – 40gm
  • Oil – 40ml
  • Cabbage – 100gm

Method

Prawn Marination -
Chop flat parsley / fresh coriander – 3 gm
Small Onion- 4 -5 pieces
Garlic clove - 4-5 pieces
Lemon juice – 10 -15 ml
Salt & paper – to taste
Mix with oil
Marinate the prawn with above mixture and rest for 45 mins.

Mash Potato –
Cook boiled grated potato along with butter cream and seasoning. Mix it on slow heat till it gets smooth consistency.

Sautéed Vegetable –
Cut vegetables in nice shape –
Boil hard vegetable for few mins
Sauté onion garlic in butter & toss the vegetable along with salt and paper.

Grilling prawn -
Cook the prawn on moderate heated pan with drizzle of oil.
Turn it nicely to get eventual color and add some whole garlic and shallot for nice flavor. Add vegetable stock & cover for few mins to get properly cooked.

Sizzler Arrangement -
Arrange sauteed veg, mash potato & prawn on pre heated cast-iron platter

Optional – caramelize lemon & flambeed brandy can be added
