Step – 1
Cut Cabbage into half and carefully take out the leaves. Boil the leaves in hot water & after proper boil cool it in ice water. Take out the chilled leaves & sponge the excess water.
Step – 2
Nicely blend black mustard, poppy seed, yellow mustard, 2 pcs green chili, water, 15 ml of Oil, turmeric powder, cumin powder & Salt. Make smooth paste & keep separate.
Step – 3
Now mix the khoya with chop ginger, chop coriander, chop green chilli & salt. Mix it well till a smooth paste.
Step – 4
Cut the paneer in square shape & medium thickness. Now spread the khoya mixture in between of two paneer slice & close tightly like a sandwich.
Step – 5
Take the mustard, Poppy Seed & spice paste mixture, nicely mix with hung curd – 2tsp to make smooth mix. Now marinate the khoya stuffed paneer sandwich with Mustard curd margination. Keep in freezer for 15 min to set.
Step – 6
Now wrap the marinated paneer with boiled cabbage leaves. Fold it tightly & lock with a pick.
Step -7
Now grill / cook the wrapped marinated paneer on moderately hot nonstick pan. Cook it nicely till it get golden brown in color & soften from inside.
Step – 8
Serve it hot with Kasundi / Mustard Sauce.
