Sour cream

Dipayan Ghosh
  • Hung curd – 50 gm / 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream – 35gm / 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fine chopped spring onion – 2 gm

Process: - Take hung curd, fresh cream, salt and mix nicely. Add finely chopped spring onion.

Make smooth mix and rest for 30 mins. Serve cold as dip.
