Method
1. Clean the crab nicely & wash with warm water.
2. Marination
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Hung card – 2 tbsp
Raw mango and green chilly paste – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Oil – 50 ml
Lemon juice – 5ml
Chopped coriander – 5gm
3. Marinate the crab with the mixture and rest for 45 mins.
4. Nicely arrange on skewer for roasting.
5. Place it on well flamed charcoal grill.
6. Basting with the fat (oil) , turn frequently to get nice color.
7. Roast approx. 15 – 20 min, depend upon flame and till get cooked.
