Spiced guava pineapple skewer with tangy salsa

“Fruit skewers & Salsa - A famous Spicy tangy Mexican delicacy which will change your taste buds & nicely accompanied with your drinks, chips and starter.”
  • Guava – 1pc
  • Ripped pineapple – 1 small
  • Oil – 20 ml
  • Tomato ketchup – 1.5 tbsp
  • Chat masala- 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt –to taste
  • Wooden skewer
  • Raw mango – 1 small
  • Fresh coriander – 2gm
  • Green chilli – 1 no
  • Lemon juice – 3ml
  • Kasundi (Mustard paste) – 1 tsp
  • Chat masala – ½ tsp
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Tomato – 2 small pieces

Tomato & raw mango salsa

Step1: - Keep the tomatoes in the boiling water for few mins, to remove the skin and seeds. Later put in ice water and clean nicely. Deskin, deseed and chopped the tomato.

Step2: - Raw mango – 1 small,Fresh Coriander – 2gm,Green chilli – 1no,Lemon juice – 3ml,Kasundi (Mustard paste) – 1 tsp,Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp,Chilli powder – ½ tsp,Chat masala – ½ tsp,Salt – to taste,Oil- 2 tsp,Tomato – 2 small pieces, Mix all above ingredients.

Spiced guava pineapple skewer

Step1: - Cut de-seeded guava and pineapple into dices and skew alternately with wooden skewer.

Marination: -

Chat masala- 1tsp, Red chilli powder – ½ tsp, Salt –to taste, oil – 1tsp, tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp – mix all the ingredients nicely and marinate the skewer for grilling.

Pan grill: -

Take 2 tsp oil in the moderate heated pan and grill the skewer. Sprinkle some salt and cook till gets colour.

Garnish with coriander and salsa.
